Aksular Policies
Aksular Restaurant operates a strict NO DRUGS policy.
NO SMOKING policy is valid in our restaurant (This includes the use of e-cigarettes).
Bookings
You can make a booking online or via telephone.
Disable access
Disabled access and disabled toilets are available.
Group Bookings
Our restaurant's capacity is over 100 seats. We would love to help everyone with the organisation of their special occasions. Aksular requires a £10 deposit per person for group bookings of 4 or more people, and requires up to 1 week of notice to cancel a booking, otherwise we will not be able to refund the booking deposit. Guests which do not turn-up will lose the £10 per person deposit due to seating being allocated.
Dining
When dining at Aksular last orders can be placed before our kitchen’s closing time.
Our kitchen’s closing times are below:
Monday – Saturday 22:30 • Sunday 21:30
Birthday Cakes
Bringing cake out, balloons and decorations are welcome. We will keep your cake in a safe and cool place, and bring it out to you after your meal.
Don't worry if you have no cakes, we will make a slice of our cakes with the candles.
Personal Belongings
Aksular does not accept liability for the loss or damage of personal belongings during your visit at Aksular Restaurant. If any customer's items has been found in the restaurant, it will be kept in the premises. Please ask member of staff of any lost items.
Car Park
Free car park for customers is available. Aksular Restaurant is not liable for any damage or loss of items within your vehicle whilst parked within the Aksular car park.
Service Charge
10% of service charge will be added for all orders at Aksular. Restaurant.
Children
Aksular is a children friendly restaurant. All children are welcome whilst accompanied by their parents.
Family Friendly
Aksular Restaurant is a family friendly restaurant. Baby change and baby chair facilities are available in our restaurant.
Takeaway & Collection
You can order your meal over the phone for collection. It will be ready in 15 minutes. We also deliver with Uber Eats, Deliveroo and Just Eat.
